Lauren earned her undergraduate degree in History from Tulane University in 2005. Before transitioning to nursing, she gained experience as a sales manager in the hotel industry and taught English in Korea. In 2013, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing in 2018.
Prior to specializing in women’s health, Lauren worked as a medical/surgical nurse at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for two years and as a labor and delivery nurse at Pennsylvania Hospital for five years. She is a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, providing care to both obstetric and gynecology patients. Additionally, she works per diem in high-risk pregnancy at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her two young children, Martin and Maisie. She also enjoys traveling, reading, playing tennis, and supporting her favorite Philadelphia sports teams.
