Provider Specialties
Behavioral Health Support
Rasha takes a strength-based, collaborative approach to care. She believes therapy begins with deep listening and meaningful conversation, creating a safe space where women feel heard, validated, and empowered. Her work often focuses on helping clients build resilience, strengthen self-esteem, establish healthy boundaries, and move through difficult transitions with clarity and confidence.
She has extensive experience working with teens, emerging adults (18–26), and adult women, and she is particularly passionate about supporting women in creative and artistic fields. Through partnerships with creative organizations, she advocates for greater access to mental health services for women whose work and identity are deeply connected to their creativity.
Outside of her clinical work, Rasha enjoys writing and performing her original music — an extension of her belief in self-expression as a powerful tool for healing.
