Dr. Mara Thur was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. She left Philadelphia for a short time to do her undergraduate work at Cornell University but returned to the area shortly after to continue her education at Temple University. She has deep roots in the area and has been providing care to patients in the Montgomery County community for over 20 years. She enjoys tennis, skiing, and traveling with her family. Her three teenage children keep her very busy!
