McConnell & Associates OB/GYN is a full-service obstetrics and gynecology practice focused on creating a more caring, connected, and progressive healthcare community.

Our physicians deliver and perform surgery at Lankenau Medical Center, but patients can be seen for all aspects of their care at any of our three locations in Lankenau, Paoli, or Edgmont. Patients with emergencies can generally be seen within 24 hours at one of our three locations.

Drs. Finnegan and Devine perform advanced robotic surgery, as well as laparoscopy and virtually all other gynecologic surgery. Drs. High and Icasiano perform minimally invasive surgery, as well as most other benign gynecologic surgery.

We also welcome patients who will or may require difficult or challenging cesarean sections. We are your true partners in gynecology and obstetrical care, at every stage of your life!
