Dr. Catherine Minter received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University with a major in Health Sciences and minor in Psychology. She graduated Cum Laude from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences where she was a member of DOCare International, a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha honorary Society, tutored in Anatomy, and traveled to Guatemala for a medical mission. Her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at Abington Memorial Hospital where she also served as Chief Resident. While there, Dr. Minter received the prestigious Abington Memorial Hospital Partners in Excellence Award, the Society of Laparo-endoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award, the Award for Teaching Resident of the Year, and the Rebecca Hogue Award.
While she is board certified in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, she particularly enjoys laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery, natural childbirth techniques, and counseling in adolescent medicine. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and New Jersey Association of Physicians and Surgeons .In her free time, Dr. Minter enjoys running, hiking, and traveling.
