Tammy Underwood, CNM

Provider Specialties
Gynecology, Menopause
Tammy Underwood has been a nurse midwife for 6 years. Before she became a midwife, Tammy was a labor and delivery nurse for 18 years. The connections Tammy had alongside women and their families during childbirth made her realize that she could create a more positive and memorable experience for them. She recently moved to New Jersey and although COVID has made it difficult, she has enjoyed the beautiful beaches and community of Somerset.
Tammy enjoys traveling, camping, scrapbooking, and spending time with her seven grandchildren. She loves sports and has become a Rutgers basketball fan. She enjoys tailgating at Rutgers football games and getting to know the personnel and fans. Although Tammy now lives in New Jersey, she still loves Ohio State football!
