Your Axia Women’s Health provider will submit an electronic referral to our partner, LinqCare. A Patient Care Coordinator will then contact you for an initial call to discuss your needs and ask you a few questions. You’ll then work with your coordinator to schedule your first telehealth visit with a certified behavioral health professional.
Your telehealth appointment(s) will be accessible via laptop or mobile device through a secure, simple connection. During your visit, you’ll work with your dedicated provider to get to the heart of your needs, and you’ll be able to continue seeing the same provider for consistency in your care.
