• Patient First No-Show Policy We aim to create an environment that allows each patient to be seen quickly and to have sufficient time with their provider. In doing so, we recognize the importance of ensuring patient appointments begin on time, and, do in fact take place. We have many patients waiting to be seen and all patient care is important to us. Therefore, our care center implements a policy of a $25 and $75 fee for GYN and Obstetric appointments, respectively, if canceled in less than 24 hours or the patient does not show up for the appointment.
