Axia Women’s Health proudly announced today that it has been certified as a Great Place To Work® for the second consecutive year. This distinguished honor is based on feedback from currently employees and is a direct reflection of the positive company culture.
“Our Great Place to Work® Certification™ underscores our commitment to creating a positive experience whereby our colleagues take pride in our mission and feel valued for their contributions,” said Brian Jones, Chief People Officer. “At Axia Women’s Health we strive to create an inclusive community and believe that by recognizing and honoring our unique identities, we further our mission of creating a more caring, connected, and progressive healthcare experience for our patients.”
Axia Women’s Health has developed several unique programs that enhance our colleague experience by honoring successes, supporting career development, and offering assistance in times of need. Our value-based recognition program celebrates colleagues that consistently exhibit Axia’s core values and awards them for their contributions. Structured programs, like our Medical Assistant certification program, support colleagues who wish to grow their career by covering cost of tuition, testing, and enrollment fees. Our community assistance program, AxiaCares, provides financial assistance to colleagues who may need emergency assistance with rent, funeral expenses, utilities, emergency home repair, or medical expenses. These are just a few of the ways we are committed to creating a great place to work.
According to Great Place to Work® research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
