VOORHEES, N.J. (June 16, 2025) Axia Women’s Health (Axia), one of the nation’s largest independent women’s health groups, announced today the appointment of Kyle Snook as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 16, 2025. Mr. Snook succeeds Gaurov Dayal, MD, who moved into a Board of Directors role in January.
“Kyle is an outstanding leader who brings a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and profitability for independent physician practices,” shared Eileen Auen, lead Board Director for Axia Women’s Health. “His deep technical experience and commitment to expanding access to care, especially for vulnerable populations, make him an excellent fit.”
Mr. Snook joins Axia from PRISM Vision Group, a leading ophthalmology administrative services organization with over 100 affiliated locations, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his time at PRISM, he held senior leadership roles at Strive Health and DaVita. Mr. Snook has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from West Point and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Kyle served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Platoon Leader with the 101st Airborne Division and earned a Purple Heart for his service in Afghanistan.
